âšī¸ How I determined these costs: I've conducted extensive research to settle on these rates, for niche content such as mine. I've compared other AI creators rates, and ensure that I come under traditional artist rates for the volume of photos I send. I spend quite a lot of time on commission requests and, contrary to popular belief, it's not as simple as typing a few words in and getting perfection. The prices are proportional to the typical amount of time I spend on the projects. Questions? Send me an email!
If you have a firm belief that AI images are innately bad, please read below to understand my perspective on it before proceeding with any arguments. â¤ī¸
"What makes you unique? Don't you just type in a few sentences and let the computer do all the work?"I dedicate an absurd amount of time into experimenting with different styles in my finished products. It's important for me to find stable styles (often requiring customizing input data, prompt structure, auxiliary components, and more) that work well with my themes. When I have an idea for a theme, I spend hours on it, adjusting minute details, adding and removing components, and pruning/expanding the prompt inputs. I don't stop until I'm happy with the style, composition, expressions, and level of detail. This often results in photos that have a unique style, inspired by but not mimics of bara, yaoi, and western cartoons. I've been told that my images tend to have a unique appearance to them, as though they're a hybrid of traditional 2D drawings with a pinch of 3D flair for depth and weight. As a creator, I'm constantly evolving, conducting research, and trying new things. The advent of AI image creation is still new, so there's a lot to explore.
"You're not an artist, and AI images are theft!"I agree, I am not an artist. People who dedicate time and effort into building their artistic talents and drawing images from scratch are impressive, and you should absolutely support any of them that you can! Developing artistic skills takes a LOT of time and effort, and the art community is suffering in recent years, so please consider supporting artists that you enjoy before you consider supporting me. There are many communities built around specific kinds of erotic art, and I urge you to explore them and support them if you find any value there! What I make are sexy pictures, and I consider myself an AI content creator. While I don't consider what I do to be theft, I completely understand the sentiment, especially in how some people go about creating and distributing it.
"Fine, then what is your opinion on AI 'art,' and what you do?"No matter what the end product is, all art is created based on external observations, whether they're other artists' work, memories, people, places, etc. That's how the human mind, and creativity, works. We ingest images, ideas, concepts, and experiences, we digest them in our conscious and subconscious mind, and we incorporate them into our broader schemata. We draw from those images, experiences, memories, and ideas when we create art. Art, to me, is fragments of the world and the experience of human life, projected through the lens of a particular mind. No art comes from nothingness, as it's all based off of previous experiences, interpretations, concepts, and well, art!How does that apply to AI images? It's a tool (albeit a very powerful one) that allows people to project the world through the lens of their mind. BUT, like most other tools, it empowers people to also do bad things. What makes it unique to all other tools is that it doesn't rely entirely on only the concepts, memories, and images you've personally digested in your mind. It's a much larger pool of digested concepts and images, and it expands the possibilities of what you can create. In an over-simplified explanation: when used responsibly, it enables people who may not have the mechanical ability, to project images from their mind for others to see.
"I'm confused, so you think AI can be used to make art?"I think so, but I'm a simple person with a simple mind, so I'm not claiming to know everything. I'm limited to my frame of reference from my humble place in the world. I think it can make art, but the line between art and hollow images is perhaps more vague than any other I've ever encountered. It depends on what you define as "art" (is it a creation of some kind that makes you feel something deeply and perhaps broadens your perspective, or is it a mechanically impressive display of talent made by hand). If it must be made by hand, then where's that line, because photoshop and other commonly used tools by digital artists include customizable brushes that allow for synthetic style mimicry like paint brush strokes, certain coloration gradients, etc.
To conclude:I dedicate a ridiculous amount of time into developing my images to meet my standards, and I try to include a multitude of different prompt structures and resources to develop my own unique style(s), rather than simply mimicking the style of an artist. With that said, I create my content for the enjoyment of others, not to hold any specific artistic messages. My images are meant to be enjoyed only on surface level, and I strongly urge anyone reading this to support online artists in any way that they can!
